Purpose and Introduction 
The CG vertical center drive scraper is suitable for heavy and large radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge. It is mainly used for discharging sludge from secondary sedimentation tanks in urban sewage treatment plants.

Structure and working principle
The CG vertical center drive scraper is mainly composed of a working bridge, a center drive device, a center rotating vertical hanging, a scraper arm, a middle pull rod, tension bars, a guide tube, and components such as skimming and slag discharge.
The equipment adopts a central transmission and vertical frame type. After the sewage flows into the guide tube through the inlet pipe and diffuses, it flows out uniformly in a radial manner towards the periphery. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate. The sludge is scraped from the periphery of the tank to the central mud collection tank, and then discharged outside the tank through the sludge discharge pipe by the static water pressure inside the tank. The floating slag on the water surface is skimmed towards the edge of the pool by a skimming device, and then scraped into the slag hopper by a scraper and discharged outside the pool. And the supernatant overflows into the effluent tank through the effluent weir plate and is discharged.
Electrical control: The start, stop, and operation time of the equipment can be set according to user needs, and it can be equipped with a PLC interface.
